Not totally happy with your online order? Not a problem! We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

Send them to us exactly as you received them (no wearing them first!)
Get them back to us within 14 days of receipt
Include your dispatch note as proof of purchase and populate the returns form

Reasons For Returning

We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:

The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
The pieces are not as described on-site
The pieces do not fit
You no longer want these pieces

International Return Policy

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reasons, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost

We’re not currently able to offer online exchanges, so simply follow all the returns steps and place a new order on-site. Items can be returned to on of our stores and an exchange can be made at the manager’s discretion.

Refunds

Please allow 14 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear in your bank account. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. It is beautifully embellished with ivory pearls on the centre front, sleeve hemlines and maroon piping detailing along the neckline. To add more to Pakistani style statement, it has multicolour fringes on bicep with gota lace on the sleeve.
