Our returns policy

We understand that sometimes you may have changed your mind, or you ordered multiple sizes. Whatever the reason, that’s why you have 14 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging, with tags and barcode stickers, etc.

If you return your items within the 14 day period, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.


International Return Policy

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reasons, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost



We’re unable to accept returns of the following items, for hygiene reasons:

  • Pierced jewellery (including earrings)
  • Hosiery
  • Cosmetic products
  • Incomplete returns – (not all parts are returned)
  • Items used/damaged by customers

Unfortunately, if any of the above items are returned, we won’t be able to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge, otherwise they shall be disposed of with no refund no refund being issued.


Late Returns

If your items are returned to us outside of the 14 day period, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. The item/s will incur a return postage charge, otherwise they shall be disposed of and no refund being issued.





Return By Post

We do not provide a free returns service, and so we always recommend that you use a standard tracked delivery option, when sending parcels back from both within and outside the UK. There is no need to use an express/timed delivery option.

Ensure your that your returns note is completed and enclosed in the parcel. If you don’t have one, you can download one here returnexchange.pdf, and remember to write your order number on it.

We’re currently not able to offer online exchanges, so simply follow all the steps to return and place a new order via the website.



Please allow 14 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Please note that the shipping cost is not refunded.
