Returning Your Order
Not totally happy with your online order? Not a problem! We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:
- Send them to us exactly as you received them (no wearing them first!)
- Get them back to us within 14 days of receipt
- Include your dispatch note as proof of purchase and populate the returns form
Reasons For Returning
We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:
- The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
- The pieces are not as described on-site
- The pieces do not fit
- You no longer want these pieces
International Return Policy
In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reasons, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost
Restrictions
We’re unable to accept returns on the following items, for hygiene reasons:
- Pierced jewellery (including earrings)
- Hosiery
- Cosmetic products
- Incomplete returns – (not all parts are returned)
- Items used/damaged by customers
Unfortunately, if any of the above are returned, we are unable to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge or may not be returned..

Exchanges
We’re not currently able to offer online exchanges, so simply follow all the returns steps and place a new order on-site. Items can be returned to on of our stores and an exchange can be made at the manager’s discretion.
Refunds
Please allow 14 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear in your bank account. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Remember that unless your entire order was faulty, we’re unable to offer a refund on shipping costs.

Our stringent quality assurance builds quality into each step of the manufacturing process including designing, production, and beyond. Quality control is practiced right from the initial stage of sourcing raw material to the final stage of finished garment.
Diya outfits are assessed for quality in the pre-production phase, during production, and with a final inspection after the product has been completed.
The final product quality is assured in terms of fabric and trims quality, garment construction, and final finished item.

Our garments are available in 3 different lengths 52”, 56”, 60”. Measure yourself from the highest point of your shoulder to the floor and choose the nearest length.
Alternatively, you can gauge your appropriate length based on your height. Please note, these are based on if you are wearing flats. If you choose to wear heels buy a length up.

WAIST: Measure the waist circumference at the smallest part of the waist. For most women this is about an inch above the belly button.

RETURNING GOODS
Returning Your Order
Not totally happy with your online order? Not a problem! We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:
- Send them to us exactly as you received them (no wearing them first!)
- Get them back to us within 14 days of receipt
- Include your dispatch note as proof of purchase and populate the returns form
Reasons For Returning
We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:
- The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
- The pieces are not as described on-site
- The pieces do not fit
- You no longer want these pieces
International Return Policy
In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reasons, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Moreover, the customer will also be charged for the return cost of the parcel, as per the costing provided by the carrier, which may or may not be the same as outbound shipping cost
Restrictions
We’re unable to accept returns on the following items, for hygiene reasons:
- Pierced jewellery (including earrings)
- Hosiery
- Cosmetic products
- Incomplete returns – (not all parts are returned)
- Items used/damaged by customers
Unfortunately, if any of the above are returned, we are unable to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge or may not be returned..

Exchanges
We’re not currently able to offer online exchanges, so simply follow all the returns steps and place a new order on-site. Items can be returned to on of our stores and an exchange can be made at the manager’s discretion.
Refunds
Please allow 14 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear in your bank account. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Remember that unless your entire order was faulty, we’re unable to offer a refund on shipping costs.
