Send them to us exactly as you received them (no wearing them first!)

Reasons For Returning

We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:

The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
The pieces are not as described on-site
The pieces do not fit

In case, a customer refuses to accept the parcel for one of the following reasons, but not limited to these: customs, taxes and/or duties, the shipping costs will not be refunded. We’re not currently able to offer online exchanges, so simply follow all the returns steps and place a new order on-site. Items can be returned to on of our stores and an exchange can be made at the manager’s discretion.

Refunds

Please allow 14 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear in your bank account. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Returning Your Order

Not totally happy with your online order? Not a problem! We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

Send them to us exactly as you received them (no wearing them first!)
Get them back to us within 14 days of receipt
Include your dispatch note as proof of purchase and populate the returns form

We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:

The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
The pieces are not as described on-site
The pieces do not fit
You no longer want these pieces

We’re unable to accept returns on the following items, for hygiene reasons:

Pierced jewellery (including earrings)
Hosiery
Cosmetic products
Incomplete returns – (not all parts are returned)
Items used/damaged by customers

Unfortunately, if any of the above are returned, we are unable to offer a refund and the items will incur a return postage charge or may not be returned..
