Returning Your Order

Not totally happy with your online order? Not a problem! We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

  • Send them to us exactly as you received them (no wearing them first!)
  • Get them back to us within 28 days of receipt
  • Include your dispatch note as proof of purchase and populate the returns form
  • Login to your online account and register your return

Reasons For Returning

We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:

  • The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
  • The pieces are not as described on-site
  • The pieces do not fit
  • You no longer want these pieces

Restrictions

We’re unable to accept returns on the following items, for hygiene reasons:

  • Pierced jewellery (including earrings)
  • Hosiery
  • Cosmetic products

Unfortunately, if any of the above are returned, we are unable to offer a refund and the items will not be returned.

We always recommend that you use a tracked delivery option when sending parcels back from both with in and outside the UK. Send your return to:

Exchanges

We’re not currently able to offer online exchanges, so simply follow all the returns steps and place a new order on-site. Items can be returned to on of our stores and an exchange can be made at the manager’s discretion.

Refunds

Please allow 28 days from the date you return your order to us for your refund to appear in your bank account. If you’re ordering in a currency other than Pounds Sterling your refund will be issued in your local currency at your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate. Remember that unless your entire order was faulty, we’re unable to offer a refund on shipping costs.
