STANDARD
Our standard delivery is charged at £4.95 per order which covers England Wales and parts of Scotland.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man and Isle of Sicily incurs standard postage of £10.00.
You should receive your order within 3-5 working days once you have received your ‘despatched’ update email. Most orders can be tracked by clicking on the ‘Parcelforce’ link on your ‘despatched’ email. Delivery times are between 8.00am - 6.00pm
A signature is required on delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, or a secure location - you, will be advised of this on the calling card. The parcel may also be held at your Local Post Office or Delivery Depot. If it is not claimed after 2 weeks the parcel will be returned to us.
We deliver Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 6.00pm. We do not deliver at weekends unless a Saturday delivery option has been selected.
You will be able to track your missed delivery by logging on to 'www.parcelforce.com' placing your house number and postcode or the parcel number which would have been provided to you on the card left by our courier. If your parcel is returned to us there may be a postal charge for further re-deliveries

NEXT DAY
Next day delivery* is available for £5.99 on orders placed before 5.00pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before the deadline will be received on Monday.
Next day delivery* is only available if there is a courier in your area, and the items ordered are in stock, and all address and contact details are correct.
Exceptions apply - Certain exclusions may apply from next day delivery for instance Rural Areas, where there is no courier available
EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you require your order urgently or at a specific time we are able to offer special times for delivery as detailed below:
- Delivery before 9.00am (Mon-Fri) £15.00
- Delivery before 12.00am (Mon-Fri) £12.00
- Saturday Delivery £24.50 - Mainland England Only (Friday orders only)
BFPO ADDRESSES DELIVERY
We offer a delivery service to British Forces Post Office (BFPO). The deliveries will incur a postage charge of £10.00.
Delivery timescales to the BFPO collation centre is within 3-5 working days.
Delivery timescales to the final destination will vary depending on the BFPO timetable, but it is usually within 30 days. Please refer directly to the BFPO for further details.

International delivery is available to the following countries at the charges shown.

Duty on International Deliveries
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.
VAT Refunds
All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery. For deliveries to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer
