Our standard delivery is charged at £4.95 per order which covers England, Wales and parts of Scotland.
We deliver Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 6.00pm. We do not deliver at weekends unless a Saturday delivery option has been selected.
You should receive your order within 3-5 working days once you have received your ‘despatched’ update email. Most orders can be tracked by clicking on the ‘Parcel Force’ link within the email.
A signature is required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice, unless there is an address problem. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour. The parcel may also be delivered to a Post Office for customer collection or returned to Delivery Depot. If the parcel is not claimed after 2 weeks the parcel will be returned to us.
You will be able to track your missed delivery by logging on to 'www.parcelforce.com' entering in your door number and postcode or the parcel number, which would have been provided to you on the card left by the courier. If your parcel is returned to us there may be a postal charge for further re-deliveries.

From time to time we may offer special postage promotions and free delivery which will be available online and via our call centre. These offers are for the Mainland UK only, and exclude in their entirety the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isle of Scilly. All international/European orders and higher postage delivery areas are also excluded. The postage promotions offered are for standard delivery, and may be available on a differing minimum spend value via our website and our call centre. Postage promotions and in particular free postage offers are not applicable during sale periods and will be removed from the website and call centre automatically without notice.
DELIVERY OPTIONS *
Timed delivery options are available on orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before the 4pm deadline will be delivered on Monday. Anything received after the Friday deadline will be delivered on Tuesday.
Timed deliveries are only available to certain areas within the UK, this is dependant on if there is a courier in your area. They can only also be made if all the items ordered are in stock and the address/contact details provided are correct. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, unless the Saturday delivery option has been selected.

BFPO ADDRESSES DELIVERY
We are not able to accept orders from those working in the British Forces, and requesting parcels to be delivered using the British Force Post Office (BFPO).
