Rani Fashions launched its highly successful label of Diya branded goods in Summer of 2003 which has now become a reliable business in its own right.

Rani Fashions was established in the early 1990’s. Its main criteria are to provide customers with great value for money goods and an unrivalled service.

The store holds a full range of Diya goods but also its own individual designs. Catering for the whole family with a full range of goods which cover casual to bridal and special occasion wear outfits.

Wholesale Purchase

We only supply direct to the public and our goods are not available on wholesale. The prices that are provided by Diya are equal to wholesale prices therefore it is not possible to give further discounts.

If you would like to place a retail order with us you can of course do so via our website in the usual way (see Ways to Shop). However please note that as stocks are limited we may be unable to supply large quantities of any one item.

Stock Availability

We have full stock levels at going to print however certain styles sell out quicker. In case the item you have ordered is not in stock we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund. If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to send out your order and refund the missing item.

Rani Fashions Guarantee

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best service and quality at all times. If for any reason you wish to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it without any questions provided they are returned unused and unworn within 12 days from receipt of goods and with a valid receipt. Any goods received after this period will be refunded at the current selling price at the discretion of Diya. However for hygiene reasons any jewellery or cosmetic products will neither be exchanged nor taken back. During sale periods any sale item can only be exchanged due to the vast reductions in price. All other conditions as above. For exchange or refund of goods the postage & packing fee is non refundable and the customer will have to pay postage again for exchange items to be sent. Please read the Return Policy carefully for all other details. Your statuary rights are not affected.

Returns Policy

Please send us a copy of the invoice or provide your Diya Order number. Write your name address and other contact details and mention what do you want Refund/Exchange. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification. Please ensure that the goods we send are tried with utmost care that they do not in any way get stained or soiled .We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Items that cannot be exchanged

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

      Cosmetic Items
      Pierced Jewellery Items
      Hair Accessories
      Items which have be worn or soiled

(your statutory rights are not affected).

Returns Period

You should return your goods within 12 days of receipt. We will endeavour to process your request for either a refund or exchange within 5 working days. If we do not have your requested item in tock we will try to contact you and advise of options if however we cannot contact you we will issue a refund for the item/items. When an extra payment is required you will be contacted for your card details.

Refunds are actioned within this period however please allow a total of 28 days for the funds to reach your account. Refunds can only be credited back onto the card used for payment.
